Born on September 22, 1955, in Maysville, Kentucky, Freda was the cherished daughter of the late Robert Samuel and Ora Belle (Rivers) Jackson. Her heart, brimming with warmth, love, and light, touched the lives of many, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, unwavering dedication, and loyalty.
Freda's professional journey was marked by excellence and leadership as a Supervisor at Dayton Power and Light in Wilmington. Her commitment extended beyond her career; she was an active and esteemed member of Leadership Clinton and the Beebe Chapel CME Church in Ripley, Ohio. Her involvement in these communities reflected her passion for service and her deep-rooted faith.
